Since 2018, Roger has served as President, Ristorante LUCCA, managing financial planning, strategy, and business operations for the company. In his role, Roger is also responsible for hiring and managing staff, and plays a key role in the company’s renovation strategy and plans for continued improvements and expansion.
Throughout his career, Roger has gained considerable knowledge and experience in hospitality management. His professional background in sales and business development, and ability to manage high-energy workplace environments are an asset to his current role within Ristorante LUCCA, helping to create Bordentown’s next landmark eatery featuring great food, friendly service, a cool vibe, and an extensive wine list.
Prior to working at Ristorante LUCCA, Roger was Executive Vice President for one of the nation’s largest wholesalers, responsible for more than $100 million in sales. While there, Roger traveled the globe pursuing business development, sales, and partnership opportunities to grow the business.

His professional background in sales and business development, and ability to manage high-energy workplace environments are an asset to his current role within LUCCA and its parent company, Foggia Restaurant Group, helping to create Bordentown’s next landmark eatery featuring great food, friendly service, a cool vibe, and an extensive wine list.
Earlier in his career, Roger was CEO of Hotel Furniture Liquidators where he started a construction division, building it up to more than $45 million in annual sales via business partnerships with major hotel chains including: Hilton, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, Twelve Caesars, and many others.
While not at work, Roger has a true passion for giving back. For more than 30 years, he has coached and taught young adults in youth clubs and CYO organizations the games of baseball, football, and basketball; he was also the baseball coach at Archbishop Ryan High School for several years. Serving as both a Coach and as President of the Bustleton Bengals Club in Philadelphia, Roger was instrumental to a years long — and ultimately successful — effort to have a gymnasium built on the property.
Roger is also the Founder of GW78 CARES, a non-profit organization that supports the needs of any hardship for those in his graduating class at George Washington High School in Philadelphia.
Central to his life’s work is his family. He shares their stories as a proud husband, father and grandfather every day.
