At Ristorante Lucca, Maurizio orchestrates the kitchen's symphony, curating menus that captivate and elevate our guests' experience.     General Manager

    Hailing from the picturesque region of Calabria, Pino's mastery in the realm of hospitality is unparalleled. His illustrious journey has graced some of the Northeast USA's most iconic establishments, including the famed Monte Carlo Living Room and the distinguished Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia. It was during these stints that Pino catered to a myriad of high-profile guests, including the legendary Italian opera maestro, Pavarotti.

    His leadership was pivotal in the inception of Nunzio Ristorante in Collingswood, NJ, and he has steered the helm as GM at upscale venues like Girasole and Toscana. With decades of invaluable experience under his belt, Pino seamlessly integrates his expertise with the vision of our ownership team, playing an instrumental role in elevating Ristorante Lucca to unparalleled heights of excellence.

    Lead Mixologist

    Perfecting the perfect cocktail or specialty drink certainly should not be taken for granted! With experience in many establishments, Joseph now leads a team of dedicated mixologists in perfecting the perfect cocktail or recommending a fine Italian wine. Simply put, Joseph is a maestro in the art of mixology. Working with his team, each cocktail is formulated  meticulously crafted and undergoes a multi-week infusion process, often pre-batched to perfection.  Beyond the drinks themselves, Joseph prides himself with engaging patrons with a smile; getting to know them on a first-name basis and building a relationship that solidifies the warm atmosphere that truly is Ritorante Lucca!

    Continuously pushing boundaries, Joseph delves into innovative techniques and flavor combinations, ensuring our bar remains at the pinnacle of sophistication.
