LUCIANO DI MEO
BAR MANAGER

As bar manager, Luciano Di Meo is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and training of all bar staff employees. Additionally, he maintains inventory, creates specialty food and drink menus, oversees special events, and schedules Ristorante LUCCA’s Piano Lounge entertainment.

With more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Luciano has developed a deep knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. He knows what customers expect from a fine dining establishment, prioritizing cleanliness, friendliness, and outstanding guest services. 

Earlier is his career, Luciano was a bar manager and server at Caffe Aldo Lamberti in Cherry Hill, NJ where he oversaw daily operations of the high volume upscale Italian restaurant. Prior to that role, Luciano worked as a restaurant and bar manager at Toscana in Cherry Hill, NJ, and in in various other roles at: D’Amico Continental in Naples, FL; Toscana 52 in Feasterville, PA; Gran Caffe Dell’Aquila in Philadelphia, PA; Dolcezza Café in London; and Gran Caffe' Dell'Aquila in L’Aquila, Italy.


Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, Luciano is also a volunteer UN peacekeeping force in Sarajevo Croatia and Tirana Albania.
