As co-founder of Ristorante LUCCA, Fredrick Brotz is an entrepreneurial investor with a reputation in business for growth and success. Fred is focused on building a reputation for excellence in dining and entertainment at the new establishment, as plans evolve to revamp the existing structure and reopen as an upscale Italian restaurant and bar, offering nightly entertainment, events, and professional catering.

In addition to his role at Ristorante LUCCA, Fred also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Gentell. Prior to transitioning to the Board, Fred was responsible for working with the company’s clinical team to ensure the integrity and compliance of wound care orders.

Earlier in his career, Fred founded, grew, and sold a mobile imaging company to MobilexUSA (now part of TridentCare). Earlier in his career, Fred worked as a hospital administrator. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in the field of health care administration from St. John’s University.
