Fred is dedicated to establishing Ristorante LUCCA as a premier destination for fine dining and entertainment, offering guests an elevated experience through high-end Italian cuisine in its Restaurant & Lounge. LUCCA also provides bespoke private events in the elegant LUCCA Ballroom and delivers upscale, professional catering services for off-site events of any size.

In addition to his role at Foggia Restaurant Group, Fred serves on the Board of Directors for Gentell. Prior to his board appointment, he worked closely with the company’s clinical team, ensuring the integrity and compliance of wound care orders.

Fred’s career spans healthcare administration and entrepreneurship. He founded, grew, and successfully sold a mobile imaging company to MobilexUSA (now part of TridentCare) and previously served as a hospital administrator. His diverse background in operations, customer service, and strategic growth informs his approach to delivering excellence at LUCCA.
